DO YOU HAVE CHANGING FACILITIES/SHOWERS?
As we are a small studio we don’t have a dedicated changing room nor do we have any showers …yet! As we don’t offer hot yoga yet you shouldn’t get too sweaty.
We do have small WCs which you can use to change in, however most people tend to arrive in their yoga gear.

We encourage you to bring your own mats and props with you. We do not provide any equipment.
WHAT TO DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT PRACTICING FROM HOME?
If you are practicing from home, we recommend that you find yourself a quiet space, where you won’t be disturbed. Use a yoga mat if you have one, but if you haven’t purchased one yet and would prefer to try out yoga before investing in your own mat you can use a towel instead. If you have any yoga props, keep these handy, alternatively, we advise having some books, a cushion, blanket, belt and or dressing gown strap to hand to assist you in some of our postures.
